Overall, the case is in about Good-Very Good condition. The magazine has minor operational wear, intact feed lips and a strong spring, in about Fine-Excellent condition.

Our Assessment: The Blaser Model R84 rifles are known for their ease of barrel interchangeability and their sub minute of angle accuracy. They have unusual features for a hunting rifle such as a floating barrel and a safety that locks both the bolt and firing pin. This model was built only for a few short years between 1988 and 1994, when it was replaced by a sporting version of the R-93 sniper rifle. If you mount a scope on the rear of the barrel, there is no need to re-zero the scope when switching scoped barrels on the same rifle. This rifle looks as though it was taken out in the field a few times, and then stored away. The rifle is in Fine condition with some damage to the forend, but otherwise showing little sign of use. It really looks great with its blued barrel and satin receiver. Included are barrels for both .264 Winchester Magnum and 7mm Remington Magnum, so this rifle will be suitable for a variety of game. Please see our photos and good luck!
