Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked with the serial number “583-08815”, Ruger’s two-line warning, a Ruger logo, “®”, and “STURM, RUGER & CO., INC. / SOUTHPORT CONN. U.S.A.”. The top of the receiver is marked with a Ruger proof mark, and “RUGER / RANCH RIFLE / 5.56 NATO”.
Barrel Length: 18 1/2”, includes an Accu-Strut™ LT harmonic barrel stabilizer.
Sights/Optics: The front sight is a protected serrated ramped blade integral to a banded base that is pinned to the barrel. The rear sight is a protected peep sight pinned to the receiver rib that is adjustable for elevation and windage. The receiver rib is notched, drilled, and tapped for Ruger rings (not included).
Stock Configuration and Condition: The stock is a smooth wood with pistol grip, straight comb, composite handguard, and a removable textured black rubber buttpad. There is no buttplate under the pad. There is a sling stud on the buttstock and a sling swivel on the gas block. There are minor handling marks and just a few scattered minor nicks, most notable on the left side of the stock below the serial number and on the right side below the handguard overhang. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 13 1/4” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The buttpad shows light handling wear. Overall, the stock rates in Fine-plus condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its metal finish. There are light handling marks, but otherwise this rifle is free of notable wear or damage. The through-bolt shows minor toolmarks with a strong slot, and all markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork and Accessories: This rifle includes two (2) 5-round magazines, a harmonic barrel stabilizer, an additional rear peep sight in a baggie, and a nylon Ruger buttstock sleeve that holds eight rounds. The magazines show light operational wear, have strong springs, intact feed lips, and rate in Fine condition.
