Markings: The top of the barrel is marked “STURM, RUGER & CO. INC., SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A.”. The left side is marked “220 Swift”. The left side of the receiver is marked “72-54464 RUGER M77”.

Sights / Optics: This rifle is mounted with a Leupold VX-11 4-12x50mm Scope and has a LR Duplex BDC reticle. The scope body shows light wear with a few light drag lines. The glass is clear with no obstructions.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The wood checkered sporter style stock features a pistol grip and darker wood nose cap. The checkering is mostly sharp with a few individual compressed checkers. The smooth wood shows a couple of compression marks with a few light drag lines. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 13 ½” from the front of the trigger to the back of the rubber buttpad. The stock rates in about Fine Plus overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 90% of its metal finish. Drag lines, scratches, and light impact marks can be found on the blued surface. There is light thinning at the muzzle. The trigger guard shows finish loss along the right edge. The bolt release shows a purple hue. The markings are clear. The screw heads are sharp. Overall, this rifle rates in about Fine plus condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this rifle. As with all previously owned firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
