Our Assessment: This Beretta 687 Ultralight in 12 gauge is a fine example of Beretta quality. With the immense quality of a Beretta, beautiful engraving and nice walnut stocks, this is a gun that comes alive in your hands and promises to be an absolute nightmare to both clay and flesh birds alike. Weighing in at under 7 pounds, it is going to be a delight in the field, though recoil may be a little stout for a clays gun. Chambered for 2 3/4″ 12 gauge shells, and at a length of 26 ½”, this shotgun combines accuracy and manageable weight in an attractive platform. This is a versatile gun that will be suitable for upland birds. This shotgun is in Very Good-Fine condition with some signs of use, but is crying to get back into the field with its stellar bores and lockup. If you have an appreciation for the finest double guns, this Ultralight is a fantastic gun you might just want to drop a bid on. Please see our photos and good luck!
