Box, Paperwork & Accessories: The pistol comes in a blue plastic Beretta case with two 15-round magazines and a manual. One mag has light scuffs and rubs that have thinned the finsih and the other has some light thinning, little spots of frost, and some finish loss form previous oxidation. The mags rate in about Fine and Very Good condition. Please note, no magazines will be included for purchasers where the magazines cannot be legally transferred.
Our Assessment: The Beretta battle-tested and proven M9 has served the United States military for decades due to its reliability and ease of maintenance. The model 92FS is essentially the same as an M9, but with a civilian model designation and minor differences. Thanks to its accuracy, durability and versatility, it also makes a superb choice for personal or home-defense as well as concealed carry. This example has a stainless steel barrel and slide with an alloy frame, making it very resistant to corrosion. The pistol is in about Fine condition with 95% of its finish remaining and comes in a Beretta case with two 15-round magazines where they can be transferred. This is an earlier U.S. production model and a little nicer than the ones produced today. As many of the dedicated Beretta collectors already know, unlike current production models that have the black safety, hammer, trigger, trigger bar, takedown lever, takedown pin, magazine release, and guide rod this one features all those parts in stainless or silver-tone alloy, a much more attractive look in our opinion. This one comes in Fine condition and is ready for some shooting! Please see our photos and good luck!
