Our Assessment: The Ruger Precision Rifle was developed to put the same quality and precision of much more expensive rifles into the reach of beginners who may not want to take out a second mortgage to build a long-range precision rifle, while still making the rifle modular for those who want to upgrade parts. The rifle can use most AR-15 handguards and grips. It is chambered in 6.5mm Creedmoor, one of the best long-range precision cartridges which should provide excellent performance out of this great rifle. Please see our photos and good luck!

CA Legal or CA Private Party Transferable: This rifle can be transferred/sold in California.
