Our Assessment: This Remington Model 1903-A3 was made during WWII in 1943. The wood looks nice, the metal finish is in great shape, and the bore is an absolute beauty. The markings on the receiver and barrel are nice and clear. There are also little “R” markings on several of the small metal parts. This one was sent to the Ogden Arsenal for refurbishment or repair an is marked with the “OG” stamp on the left of the stock. All the markings on this rifle tell a story that makes this beauty of a 1903-A3 worthy of a place in your safe. Drop a bid on this nice Remington to either add or start a milsurp collection, now is the time! Please see our photos and food luck!
