Markings: The left side of the slide is marked with an Atlas GunWorks logo over “NYX”. The top of the barrel is marked “ATLAS 9×19”. The right side of the frame is marked with an Atlas GunWorks logo, the serial number ‘AE 0041” and “ATLAS GUNWORKS”. The bottom of the dust cover is marked “ATLAS GUNWORKS INC. / NORTH FERRISBURGH, VT”

Sights/ Optics: The front sight is a blade with a serrated, slightly under-cut face dovetailed to the slide. The rear sight is a tapered square-notch with a serrated rear face, screw-secured to the rear of the slide’s optic mounting plate. Mounted to the plate is a flat dark earth Trijicon RMR RM06-HRS. The sight has a 3.25 MOA red dot, adjustable brightness, and is adjustable for windage and elevation. The RMR has no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks.
Stock Configuration & Condition/ Grip: The grip is an Atlas Alpha aluminum grip with replaceable side panels (a right-side palm-swell panel is included). The grip has alternating inverted triangle texturing. The grip has no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grip is in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: The pistol retains about 98% of its metal finish. There are some light handling marks but the pistol lacks any notable defects. The action shows faint operational wear. The markings remain clear. The screwheads are serviceable and pins unmarred. Overall, the pistol is in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The slide to frame fit has no play, but the slide moves smoothly. The single-action trigger is crisp and light. We did not fire this pistol. As with all previously owned firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box Paperwork and Accessories: The pistol comes with a soft carrying case with serial-matching Atlas Gun Works tag, the installed RM06-HRS, flat dark earth Surefire X300 Ultra (X300U-A), a spare optic plate with screws for a Leupold Delta Point Pro (no DPP is included), another plate with a fully adjustable square-notch targe rear sight, the additional the rear end of the slide (should one wish to remove the red-dot sight) and a total of three 19-round 140mm MBX magazines. The case has 7 magazine pouches, the Atlas logo and padding for the pistol. The case has some light handling wear but it remains in Fine Plus condition. The magazines all have standard markings and remain in Fine Plus condition. Please note, no magazines will be included for purchasers who reside where they cannot be legally transferred.

This pistol really has to be felt to be believed. It’s as tight as a Les Baer, but as smooth as a Nighthawk.
