Markings: The left side of the frame is marked “WITNESS / EAA-COCOA-FLA” and “FT-IT-2016”. The top of the slide is marked “CAL. 10mm”. The chamber visible through the ejection port is marked with two proofs above “CAL. 10MM”. The right side of the frame is marked with a warning, proofs, the date code, and the serial number. The right side of the slide has a proof at the rear.
Barrel Length: 4 1/2”
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade with a recessed red dot and is integral to the top of the slide. The rear sight is an LPA square notch with two recessed white dots. The rear sight is dovetailed into the slide and has two-set screws.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are black polymer and have small finger shelves on both sides, reptile scale textured sides with checkered sections, and smooth borders. There are a few little marks on the finger shelves and there is light handling wear. The checkering is sharp. The grips rate in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 98% of its metal finish. There are a few scattered little rubs and minor scuffs from use and storage. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear with the exception of a couple of the proofs. Overall, this handgun rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The slide has barely perceptible play to the frame. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Included is a serial matching case and a 14-round magazine. please note, mo magazine will be included if prohibited by your laws.
Our Assessment: Drawing significantly from the design of the CZ-75, the Tanfoglio Witness shares many of that pistols qualities including a slide-in design which allows for less reciprocating mass and a lower bore axis. The action is smooth, the grip frame is ergonomic, there is an integral rail, and low profile sights, an all around fun pistol well suited to a variety of uses. This pistol is in about Excellent condition with little evidence of use and no evidence of abuse and comes with a magazine and its original case. This would make a fine carry, home defense, or even competition pistol. Please see our pictures and good luck!
