Our Assessment: This semi-auto rifle was named after the saiga antelope, an animal almost as rare as these Russian import firearms. Built on the traditional Kalashnikov-style rifles, this sporterized firearm can become a simple defense tool, your trusty hunting rifle, or just a sweet range toy. This rifle, with its detachable magazines and sleek build, offers speed and sturdiness, even if some might say the Saiga format is a little finicky. In beautiful condition with its post ban hunting carbine furniture, it’s up to you to put this gun through its paces or keep it as your newest safe queen… Plus, the potential “coolness” factor of a classic Russian AK platform should tempt everyone to add this Saiga to their lineup. Bid and add this jewel to your collection!
