Markings: The left of the slide is marked with the eagle Aetos Dios, a bull at the rear, light scroll accents and in the center with Zeus throwing a thunderbolt surrounded by clowds and lightning. The left of the dust cover is marked “CAUTION – CAPABLE OF FIRING / WITH MAGAZINE REMOVED” and the frame has clouds and light pinstripe accents. The right of the frame is marked “SW1911 / UFD8968”, “S&W SPRINGFIELD, MA / U.S.A.” and has clouds and light pinstripe accents. The top of the chamber is marked “45 AUTO”. The right side of the slide is marked with an eagle and “134/200” at the rear while the center features a Zeus’s shield with the head of Gorgon in front of a lightning bolt with a backdrop of cloudy weather and lightning. The top of the slide has scroll work and clouds. Many of the markings are done in 24k gold and others are done in copper.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade with a yellow diamond and is dovetailed to the front of the slide. The rear sight is S&W square notch lo-mount style sight dovetailed to the rear of the slide and further secured with a set screw.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two-piece smooth grips with Mount Olympus on the left panel and Zeus in his throne on the right panel. There are no major defects, just light handling marks. Overall the grips are in about Excellent condition. SK customs describes these as “Pearl”, we do not know if they are real or imitation pearl.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In my opinion, this bore is a 10 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are light handling marks. There are no major defects. The screw heads have sharp slots and strong sockets. The pin heads are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this pistol is in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, it may need a thorough cleaning to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Included is a serial matching case, SK Customs brochure, two magazines, paperwork including the manual, engraved 1 oz Silver round, and a pair of checkered wood grips in Excellent condition.

Based on the well-known Smith & Wesson Full Size 1911 E-Series (45 ACP), this custom creation was conceived to pay homage to Zeus, the Greek God of the Sky, Ruler, Protector, and Father of all Gods and Humans. Zeus was considered the King of Mount Olympus where he ruled the Olympian World. To immortalize some of Zeus’s absolute powers the slide, frame and grips feature cloud engraved scroll to represent his rule of the Sky and Weather. Picturesque artwork on the sides of the slide intensifies visual depictions of Zeus directing Lighting, Thunder, Rain and Strong Winds with his Thunderbolts as a mighty force of punishment. Zeus is portrayed in 24 KT Gold-plating with his companion Eagle (Aetos Dios) soaring steadfast selectively Copper-Plated. Zeus was known to have transformed into a Bull which reflective on the rear serration. Zeus’s primary form of protection was his Aegis, a shield which displayed the head of Gorgon (sister of Medusa) which made a forbidding roar during battles. The slide has a proprietary conversion coating that results in a highly reflective Sky-Blue background in the engraved areas behind the selectively gold and copper-plated artwork, The frame flats and slide have been polished to a satin finish. To tie the whole design together, the filled Greek key meander and grip art adom the Pearl grips and select hardware has been plated in 24kt Gold and Nickel creating a stunning overall look. Rounding out this creation is the addition of new Novak front sights with a strikingly authentic center set Yellow Diamond further embodying grandeur of Zeus and the power of his Thunderbolt.” This pistol’s high polish finish, diamond studded front sight, Greek God inspired designs on the slide and grips as well as the limited production of only 200 of the Zeus pistols makes for a wonderful addition to any collection.
