Our Assessment: This is a beautiful 2nd Generation Colt Single Action Army revolver built in 1961, less than a decade after they reintroduced the SAA. The 2nd Generation Colts are the favorite of many, and for good reason. They are built as well as the 1st’s, and by the returning WWII soldiers. This one is especially attractive with the deep blue finish and gold accents, made to commemorate the 125th anniversary of Colt’s Patent Firearms. The revolver is in Very Good condition, showing signs of handling and likely a little bit of use. This is a very nice find for the collector, shooter or cowboy. Please see our pictures and good luck!
