Our Assessment: This is a fast handling double set trigger rifle with provision for either iron sights or mounting a scope. It is a left-handed rifle, a scarce find for fans of Steyr who happen to be southpaws. The guns has signs of use, but retains a good bore and strong mechanics. Chambered in .30-06, it will be suitable for most any North American game. Its rotary, removable magazine makes for quick reloading which is nice for such a sporting round.
