Markings: The top of the barrel is marked “Anschutz Modell Match 54 / cal. .22 long rifle”. The left side of the barrel is marked with an eagle over “N” proof mark, a “73” date code, and Ulm antler. The top of the receiver is marked with the Anschutz logo. The left side of the receiver is marked with an eagle over “N” proof mark, the serial number, “117139”, and “J.G. Anschutz GmbH. Ulm/D. West Germany”.

Barrel Length: 27” Bull Barrel

Sights/Optics: The sights are a Redfield Olympic Model set. Both are aperture peep sights, the rear being adjustable for elevation and windage.

Stock Configuration and Condition: The stock is a two-piece smooth wood with an inlaid accessory rail, textured thumb hole pistol grip, height adjustable Monte Carlo comb, and a crescent shape checkered rubber buttpad. The forend has a few light nicks and compression on either side. The comb has one more notable nick through the finish. The majority of the stock wear is along the left side. The grip has a few light nicks along the lower edge. The LOP measures 14” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The buttpad is free of any notable wear or damage. Overall, the stock rates in Fine condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion, but there is light stubborn fouling throughout.

Overall Condition: The rifle retains about 96% of its finish. The barrel has light handling wear and a few minor nicks on the underside. The action has minor operational wear. The screwheads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall the rifle rates in Fine-plus condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
