Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked with the serial number “584-24683”, “RUGER / NEWPORT, NH – USA” over a two-line warning. The top of the receiver is marked with a Ruger phoenix logo and “MINI-14 / 5.56 NATO”.

Sights/Optics: The front sight is a serrated ramped blade integral to a banded base that is pinned to the barrel. The rear sight is a protected peep sight attached to the receiver rib. The receiver rib has attached a picatinny rail (no optic is included).
Stock Configuration and Condition: The stock is smooth laminate wood with pistol grip, straight comb, composite handguard, and a textured black rubber buttpad. There are sling swivels on the buttstock and gas block. There are minor handling marks and a few scattered minor nicks most notable on the right side of the buttstock. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 13 1/2” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The buttpad shows some light wear along the edge. Overall, the stock rates in Fine condition.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its metal finish. There are light handling marks and light operational wear. Screws show minor tool marks with strong slots, and all markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in Fine-plus condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork and Accessories: This rifle includes a serial-matching Ruger factory cardboard box, one (1) 5-round magazine, one (1) 20-round magazine, two (2) Ruger rings, and a lock. The box shows moderate wear from storage and handling with visible ribbing, lightly crumpled ends, a few minor gouges on the top, and overall, it rates in Very Good condition. The magazines show light operational wear, have strong spring, intact feed lips, and rate in Fine condition.
